I have been sewing since the 1970's when my Grandmother gave me a sewing machine for my high school graduation. It wasn't until the late 80's that I took a quilting class. I didn't work on any quilts for several years, and in 1998, when we moved to a house that gave me some room to work, I started quilting again.

Since 1998 I've gone from traditional quilting to photo quilts to my new passion - art quilting. I still make all types of quilts, but I've definitely caught the art quilting bug.
